Description
ACU1706PCG: Predator ATZ-1706P-CG - Camouflage G10
ArtisanCutlery

The ArtisanCutlery Predator is a beefy, full-size flipper. The handle is comfortable in the hand, while the oversized choil allows for a comfortable forward grip. The blade is 3.75" and crafted from D2 tool steel. This air-hardened, semi-stainless tool steel is more corrosion resistant than other high carbon steels due to its high chromium content and offers a good mix of toughness, wear resistance, and edge holding ability. The handles are made from textured camouflage G10 scales over stainless steel liners and include a stainless steel pocket clip set up for right or left-hand tip-up carry. It also features a Phillips head bit at the end of the handle for added versatility.

Cons: Blade Material, None
air hardened ...
I remember , while placing order , I stated , I am excited of the new predator . all that came crashing down , cause the tip of blade broke off . while standing over a pine board , that is on the lawn , I simply threw knife down and into board . on the ninth try , that is when it broke . what a bummer , I thought . while took my hand grinder and brought a new tip back to the blade . now tip is stronger , and has not broken again . I buy knifes , cause I love them , some I never use , the ones I do use , I test . I test them for tough-ness . a knife should be strong , cause you never know what type of emergency situation may arise ? tip broke , that's why I rated it in the middle . you make the call if the predator is for you ? mine is back up and running , now ! and can now take a beating and survive !!!
