The Arbolito 6" chefs knife holds a keen edge. poorly ground point.
The Arbolito 6" chefs knife will hold keen edge. And after some work on the blade and tip, it now resembles a class kitchen knife. It is comfortable and balanced. Slices a tomato effortlessly. My new reach for knife.

Keeps an edge. Good steel way better than that Chinese junk. Get two or three. I think they are moving to China with this brand

I think this is a decent knife. Mine held an edge nicely and I was quite able to resharpen this knife.
