BRSABINFINITYALT: Alpha Beast Infinity Alt Blade
Bladerunners Systems

The Alpha Beast Infinity represents the highest tier sandwich style balisong in the BRS line-up. One of the most prominent features of the AB Infinity are the rounded handles. These handles offer a smooth contour for a refined grip during use and manipulation. The AB Infinity has a contoured pocket clip for everyday carry, satin finish, crowned spine, and a premium blade steel of S35VN. The Infinity represents BRS' never ending pursuit to always bring their products to the next level of quality and performance.

The Alpha Beast is not only the flagship model for BRS but possibly the front-runner for the balisong flipper community. Designed by and for flippers, the BRS Alpha Beast prides itself on breaking the accepted design cues of previous knives while fixating on weight, balance, and tactility. They're built from the ground up with performance at the forefront of design while the dimensions are centered around optimal manipulation. It features Bladerunners Systems' Signature Chevron System for immediate and constant haptic feedback and grip. It is optimally balanced for a variation of flipping styles and is a BEAST on all fronts. There isn't a flex to be found in the handle and the smooth action yields excellent manipulation. The alt blade and subtly milled titanium handle make for one darn good-looking butterfly knife that is superbly built for hard daily use. The Infinity version of the Alpha Beast has all the same features as the 3.0 variation. These include BRS' more robust hardware in the form of a 0.187" pivot with T10 Torx screws and 1/4" stainless steel bushings, sex bolt spacers, through tang clips and improved overall tolerances. The result is without a doubt one of the finest and smoothest butterfly knives on the market. We are fortunate to be a dealer for Bladerunners Systems and bring this amazing improved product to you.

As good as it gets for a production flipper
This thing flips so much better than anything else I've tried. The balance is perfect, the lighter weight alt blade really complements the lighter weight handles nicely. I upgraded from a benchmade 51 to this and I never thought the difference would be so huge when it comes to flipping, but the ABI way outperforms anything benchmade is offering right now. My only complaint is that for the price, it really seems like they should have done a little bit more finishing in some areas, such as machining marks on the back of the blade tang, or the sharp corners at the ends of the handles. Small nitpicks on an overall fantastic knife, though.
