KUKI4482A1: Ki4482A1 Dirk Pinkerton Nomad Folding Knife, Gray
Kizer Cutlery

The Ki4482A1 Nomad folding knife by Kizer Cutlery is a collaborative project between Kizer and custom knifemaker Dirk Pinkerton. It is perfectly suited to serve as both a tactical tool and an everyday carry knife with style. It features a 3.75" upswept blade made from CPM-S35VN stainless steel with a satin finish and thumb stud/flipper tab opening methods. The bearing pivot system allows for smooth blade opening, as with all Kizer knives. The ergonomics of this milled titanium handle are absolutely fantastic and really lock this knife into your hand extremely well. It features a lockbar overtravel prevention mechanism, replaceable steel insert, pocket clip and is a great sized folder for every task that is built with a quality anyone can appreciate.

Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is slower than laser or water jet but Kizer feels quality is worth the wait. Each component in Kizer knives is precision machined and engineered to the finest tolerances. The final fit, finish, action and sharpness of each knife is achieved entirely by hand, employing the irreplaceable craftsmanship developed by generations of cutlery masters. Dedicated craftsman honoring the long-term goal of making the best knives possible is what Kizer brings to you.

Pros: Lock Type, Pocket Clip, Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Handle Material, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Overall Quality
Cons: Ease of Opening, None
Had this knife a year,but...
Truly i love everything about this knife,i'd like for it to have a thumb hole or stud to give me another way of opening it,that would make it near perfect, another thing to watch out for is the tip of the blade come close tk the end of the handle and if you push on the bottom of the handle it will poke you, which does get me being this is a tip up design, the pocket clip lasted a year and then i got it caught on a door and it gave it a minor warp which is understandable, relstively easy to fix but overall i greatly recommend this knife
