YSART0092: ARC Pygmy Bow Walking Stick
Yshoot Sport
A walking stick is a very handy tool to have with you while hiking for a variety of reasons. It's primarily for balance but can also be used to aid you in going up or down hill, to clear obstructions, to test conditions of the terrain, to defend yourself from wild animals, and more. Yshoot has added one more to the list with their ARC Pygmy Bow Walking Stick. This has the ability to become an offensive weapon with the addition of a lightweight bow and arrows hidden within the design.

This complete kit has everything you need for the hike and the hunt in one compact package. The ARC Pygmy Bow is made from lightweight carbon fiber with a durable 16 fast flight rope. It generates 45 lbs of firepower while only needing 35 lbs in draw weight. It measures 28" overall with an ambidextrous polycarbonate handle. It takes only a few easy steps and a little bit of muscle to assemble the bow. The walking stick is a carbon fiber tube which is ultra-resistant to impact and bending, with a durable metal tip at the end. It houses the rope, pygmy bow, arrows, and instructions safely inside. Includes two 79 cm camouflage arrows with natural feathers and carbon fiber shafts.

Please note, the manufacturer no longer includes the foam handle grip.

Pros: Durability, Finish, Overall Quality, Materials
Cons: None
I just got this for Christmas. I'm an avid "traditional bow hunter". I shot and killed a 70 lb feral hog with this bow. When I got it, I thought it would be garbage, but I was wrong. At 45 lb and being a short bow, it delivers quite a wallop. A short bow is faster than a longer bow at the same draw weight. It goes behind the seat of my truck, and will be there for emergencies. Not bad for the price. The bows I hunt with are over 600 dollars, so for the price, you can't go wrong.
