BO01BO109: Boker Plus Optima Hunting Set
Boker Plus
For several years, Boker Plus has offered the successful Boker Optima Series - a real do-it-all knife, offering interchangeable blades. Its versatility convinced thousands of hunters worldwide. The demand for a lower budget model inspired Boker Plus to create this modern variation, featuring a handle made of G-10 and blades made of AUS8 stainless steel. The strong lockback mechanism creates a coarse opening on this model and the blade sits snugly inside the G10 handle. This set comes complete with an interchangeable saw blade, gut hook, and premium belt sheath (the extra blades and belt sheath are not compatible with the Boker Optima Series).

G10 Handles
G10 Handles Formed in a sheet under high pressure by combining fiberglass and an epoxy resin binder. These handles are lightweight and shaped to ensure a solid grip.
Leather Sheath
Leather Sheath Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to Kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.
Lockback The lockback system has been used for many decades. It can usually be found on the knife spine and it provides a strong lockup that will wear well.

great hunting knife
I finally got to try this knife in the woods and I'm impressed. I killed a doe while bowhunting and used it exclusively for the whole process. The blades were easy to switch out even when wet and covered in deer innards. While I never used the saw blade, the gut hook and clip point blades performed perfectly. Not only did I use this knife to clean the deer in the woods but I also used the clip point blade to quarter and butcher it the next day. I would definitely recommend this knife to other hunters!
