CISH1071: Practical Shinobi Ninja-To

CAS Hanwei

The Practical Shinobi Ninja-to from Hanwei, whose construction patterns closely that of the Practical Katana, is a useful piece for those studying the Way of the Ninja. The blade is hand-forged in high-carbon steel and is differentially hardened using the traditional claying method. All of the fittings are finished in antiqued black iron. The ornate tsuba displays the kuji-kiri (energy-channeling hand positions) employed by the mystical ninja. The tsuka is wrapped in a synthetic white ray skin (same) and the tsuka-ito is in durable synthetic black leather. The saya has a flat black finish with demon-head bindings for the black Japanese cotton sageo and an intricate kojiri. A sword no practitioner of Ninjutsu should be without.

great real blade
That last review by Alex someone is B.S. this sword is meant for action.tatami mats w bamboo core are as hard as human arm, Swords are not meant to cut things like trees.flesh and bone , the bamboo replicates it..this sword will cut someone to pieces. Also thin blade?? I have ww2 handmade japanese gunto, its the same thickness as my hanwei ninja to. So im really concerned about alexs definition of a true sword. If you want to cut " hard things" like trees and concrete, get a axe and a concrete

This line or product of Ninja-To is a good representation of the original. Thanks to Paul Chen it was very if not near to impossible to get a Ninja-To. To get one made for an individual isn't very easy to do. So to make it short this is the best version to use. Plus actual swords are not meant for fancy movie style sword play just FYI you Block Move and Finish you opponent quickly and effectively.
