Cold Steel
Cold Steel President Lynn C Thompson has always admired the sleek lines and dependable, highly functional blade shape of the classic Pukko. Ever since their inception in 1980, this classic Finnish hunting, and utility knife has never been far from his thoughts.

Over the years, Cold Steel has released numerous versions of the Pukko, and now, in a design collaboration with custom knifemaker Andrew Demko, Lynn is proud to introduce a folding Pukko - the Finn Wolf!

Taking the classic Pukko as inspiration, Andrew Demko brought his engineering genius to a hard-working folding knife. Thin, super lightweight, easy to carry and even easier to use, this modern EDC (Every Day Carry) knife is perhaps the perfect "everyman" knife.

Equipped with the Tri-Ad lock, adding new levels of safety and security, the Finn Wolf is utterly impervious to shock, making it reliable in the toughest, most uncompromising conditions.

Its satin polished Japanese AUS-8 blade is ready to put in long hours and hard work, and, with its keen zero ground edge, it's a breeze to re-sharpen.

With this much performance packed into this comfortable, strong, practical and inexpensive a package, there's simply no excuse not to add one to your collection today!

A quick fix for stiff lock up on the Finn Wolf models and other lockbacks is to leave the blade of the knife open at a 90-degree angle so that the blade is pushing in on the lock at the furthest point. This is to simulate wear and then leave it overnight for about four nights and test. The lock should be broken in pretty well by now (from a Cold Steel customer service department email).

Perfect for EDC
Probably the best mass produced folder I own. This is superb for EDC and self-defense. The Scandi zero bevel is the best -- it's a razor. The lock is tight. Grip is solid. No blade play open or closed. Easily sharpened with ceramic, 3000 grit sandpaper, and leather. Lube with Sentry.

Solid folder
I am furious. I spent $35 on this knife and I am not able to cut down a redwood tree with it. I can’t even kill and clean a fully grown wooly mammoth. It did not come in s30v steel as I would have hoped.... people need to start rating knives on the price. This is a great knife for the price. If you want a high end folder, save up a few hundred dollars and get one. The knife fits well in hand and works great for small everyday tasks. Those tasks do not include jungle survival, taxidermy, sword fighting or prying gem stones from long lost antiquities. Buy this knife, it’s great.

Excellent! Just Flawless!!
Phenomenal Folder, I have used it for EDC for only a few days but I can already say this folder outperforms my many other utility knives and even my Higonokami Japanese folder, the Finnish "Scandinavian Grind", or "Scandi Grind" really aids in the sharpening process. The Tri-ad lock that Cold Steel uses is very sturdy and secure and surprisingly, my particular one wasn't stiff to disengage in the first place, the Giv-Ex handle feels really comfortable and the textures aren't that abrasive the OD green color really sold me on this one, the AUS 8A stainless steel blade came reasonably sharp and retains its edge fairly well.Overall, I really like this folder and the price point for it is a total bargain, Would I recommend it? Are you kidding me? HE** YEA!!!
