Micarta Handles
Micarta Handles Micarta is a compressed layered composite sealed within a thermosetting plastic which creates a strong, attractive material that is impervious to water.
1095 Carbon Steel
1095 Carbon Steel An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel (it will rust) and most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.

Nylon Sheath
Nylon Sheath Durable, flexible, abrasion and mildew resistant, Nylon also is very strong

Pros: Handle Material, Weight, None
Cons: Finish, Overall Quality
Poor quality and bad (no) customer service
I used this knife for basic/light bush craft. The good first: I appreciated the in hand feel, size and weight. The bad: the powder coat starting wearing with the first use. No real big deal, but my other knives from a different brand with the same blade material and powder coat don't start showing wear until after many uses. The second time I used it the blade chipped cleaning bark off a round of ponderosa pine. I reached out to OKC three times over two months via phone call (once) and their website (twice) to inquire about a repair that I would have paid for. They never responded.
