Five Years and Still Going Strong
I have had this kukri for a little over five years now, and it has taken everything I have thrown at it with ease. Hardwood, softwood, green wood, blackberry bush... I've split open fresh coconuts with it on the Big Island of Hawai'i... It stays sharp for quite a long time, considering how much abuse I regularly put it through. And then when when it needs resharpened, it is and absolute breeze to do so. Anyone claiming that this kukri does not chop well is very obviously using the tool wrong. You see, you have to be smarter than the wood you are chopping. If you are, then this kukri will easily tackle whatever you throw at it. I've had mine for over five year, and it continues to impress me every time I use it.
