Beautiful, very sharp, and immediately useful
I have only used this knife to cut cooked meat (beef steak) so far. I have had it for five days, and have used it daily. Much nicer handle than I had expected. The knife may as well be art that is useful. I like the hammered finish, beautiful and functional. It cuts steak effortlessly; might as well be a scalpel. Overall, very happy with it. Only time will demonstrate its edge retention.
