Mountain Lions will like it
This is a good, likeable knife. The sheath has flaws; however you will find it adequate. The snap-loop is not rivetted to the back and will move around - this can be fixed easily. There is a design flaw in that no allowance has been made for the thick brass guard which stops the knife from being pushed home. This is because the sheath extension has not been offset sufficiently from the back of the actual sheath. The gap is about 5mm. Looks strong enough though. The handle is nicely wide and sits well in my (medium) hands. Upsweep quite pronounced and would be good for either skinning or filleting fish. So it gets 4 stars.
