The real deal.
Awesome everyday carry knife. Light weight and decent construction. Handle might be slippery in winter or when wet.

Junk
This knife might make a good fixed blade if I could open it. Hands down the most difficult of all my folders/asst. openers to open. I would have returned it had I not lost it in the back of a drawer where I threw it in disgust. I own several SOGs but this one has soured my disposition towards the brand. There are too many really good assisted openers on the market to waste money on this dog.
