Pros: Weight, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Nice and slimmer then it looks, really cool for the collection.
The grey is actually much darker then the picture , so it actually looks better in person. The entire knife is a little bigger then a Mora Companion by like 1 cm and the handle has like a rubber coating on it but the middle of it has hard polymer showing which is good cause it means that the rubber grip is just a coating over a hard quality polymer handle. pretty lightweight. The retention in sheath is to my liking cause its not very tight, it slides out with a little bit of force so as to not chafe the rubber guard of the handle where it grips. The blade is very very thin but longer then a mora companions by a hair , i havent got to try it out yet so I cant give it a 5 but its probably worth a 5 for only 20 bucks. The clip on back of sheath is slightly off center by a hair but who cares. I picked this knife over the other boot knifes cause of The 8cr13mov is an upgrade to the 7Cr.. Looks like its full tang . And it did come pretty sharp. So I wouldn't suggest this knife for carrying upside down on a vest or even side carry, but normal carry it would be good. Im gonna buy another knife for camping etc and just keep this cause i always wanted a dagger. Good for 20 bucks, however the knife rides high and the handle jabs you in the side if you bend over to the side at all. It doesn't have enough retention for safe side carry without rigging something up. Decent steel, sleek, light and good grip and the grey looks better then in the pic. Its definitely thin and sharp and pointy. About the same size as a Mora but thinner pointier blade. This is my second review because for some reason my first one didnt go through even though i valued it more then I am now.
